At Oud Royale, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Return Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any outer protective wrap.
  • Products that appear opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and quality control standards.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Oud Royale is not liable for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email that your item has been received.
  • You’ll be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank. Some institutions post refunds with delays.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still don’t see the refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us within 15 days of delivery.
